The Octagon System is an International Standard shell-scheme format built from reusable, modular aluminium and panel components arranged in an eight-sided configuration. It lets us fabricate a stand quickly using proven, pre-engineered parts, then customise the branding, colour, and accessories to match your identity, so the stall is fast to produce without looking generic.
An octagon stall uses our standardised, modular frame system, which is faster and more cost-effective, especially if you plan to reuse it across multiple events. A custom-design stall is built from scratch to a unique shape and layout, giving complete creative freedom for flagship exhibitions or product launches, at a higher cost and longer lead time.
We recommend booking at least four to six weeks before your exhibition date for an octagon shell-scheme stand, and six to eight weeks or more for a custom-design build, to allow enough time for design approval, fabrication, and any accessory sourcing before installation.
Yes. That is one of the main advantages of the system. The frame and many fittings can be dismantled, stored, and reassembled for your next event, often with only the branded panels needing to be refreshed, which brings your cost per exhibition down significantly over time.
We supply a full range of stall accessories in-house, including counters, shelving, display units, lighting, signage, and furniture, so your stand arrives complete rather than needing pieces sourced separately from other suppliers.
Yes. Our in-house team manages the entire on-site process, from installation within the venue's build-up window to dismantling once the exhibition closes, so you do not need to coordinate separate contractors for each stage.
Yes. Alongside exhibition stalls, we fabricate outdoor advertising such as hoardings, billboards, and signage for clients whose branding needs extend beyond the exhibition floor.
